The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of delicious food offerings including vegetarian. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with easy access to a major lake which was lovely for a sunset walk. The pool is a good size for proper swimming, and relaxing to sit by watching birds and butterflies. The staff arranged a knowledgeable and relaxed tour guide with tuk-tuk to visit local sites. It was such a good experience that we booked him for a second day to visit Minthale. The CEO chatted to us at dinner and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. The staff appeared relaxed around him which was also nice to see. All in all, a wonderful stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three-day stay at the Heritage Hotel. The standout feature was the exceptional level of support provided by the staff—they were friendly and professional, making my experience truly memorable. The food was another highlight, with a diverse and delicious menu that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The surrounding environment was stunning, creating a pleasant and picturesque atmosphere. The well-appointed rooms also contributed to the positive impression of the hotel.

The hotel Heritage in Anuradhapura was located in a very calm and serine environment facing the lake. The hotel premises was well maintained. The friendly service rendered by the hotel staff was beyond our expectations. Our room was clean tidy and spacious. Foods were very fresh and delicious. Mr.Hemantha, the FMB manager welcomed us to the restaurant in a great manner. The way he handled the restaurant staff in order to provide an effective service to the guests was admirable. The CEO, Mr.Sumith Wijesinghe was very friendly and supportive. We witnessed how he personally paid attention to guests by going round tables during meal times and speaking to them very cheerfully. Music at the lake side dinner was amazing. Highly appreciate the efficient service rendered by the hotel under the guidance and supervision of Mr.Wijesinghe. Highly recommend the Hotel Heritage. Hope to stay there again in our next visit to Anuradhapura.

This is our second visit to the Heritage Hotel In Anuradhapura, as we getting to the lobby Mr. Sumith came and recognized us and gave us a warm welcome, from that time until we leave he personally took care of us, I should say he is an asset to the hotel, then miss Thlini at front , she was arranging the Kiripindu Dana for us and always helped us with a charming smile. The restaurant staff , chefs every one is giving us a professional service, the food was excellent with lots of verities to select. Room was very clean and perfect. Very calm and quiet place to stay after traveling a long distance from Colombo. The hotel surrounding is in environmentally friendly location. Very conveniently located to go to all the important Dagabas In Anuradhapura. Without any hesitation I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants visit Anuradhapura . Finally I want to thank specially to Mr. Wijesinghe and his great staff for making our stay memorable, and I promised Mr. Wijesinghe that we are coming back when ever we go on vacation to Sri Lanka.

Heritage hotel is amongst the greatest in Anuradhapura, and the the hotel staff team were very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Location, Access, Services and hospitality were at its best.My kids too were enjoyed the stay.Lots of greenery amazing view as well. Moreover Very easily you can go to all ancient places to visit , they ate just around.Highly recommend this amazing place.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel with my family and it was located only 10 minutes away from Sri maha bodhi and other places . Food was delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. The CEO of the hotel Mr. Sumith was very friendly and he personally looked after guests. He has friendly staff as well. I recommended this hotel if anyone is planing to visit Anuradhapura.

We enjoyed our stay in the Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura. It is centrally located and easy to get around to all the places one wants to visit and see in Anuradhapura. We enjoyed our time there very much. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care. This was a great hotel at a great price. Would definitely stay again if we came back this way.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel I very pleased to say,it's has got better in many ways.provided a great service.great buffet for breakfast,clean rooms&bathrooms and a very friendly and attentive staff. Swimming pool of this hotel a pure delight come day or night.would definitely recommend this hotel for families, groups and couples a like great hotel.

Great hotel as a base to explore Anuratapurah. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant is great value. Staff attentive and kind. The pool is magnificent. Perhaps the best part is the the number of local families who were staying here, which gives you a chance to talk to interact with Sri Lankans, rather than just fellow tourists.
